Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Delivery Policy

 

1. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Philippines. Any shipments outside of the country are not available at this time.

 

2. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

3. Delivery Instructions

Ri-An Commercial Inc. will not be held liable for non-delivery due to the following circumstances beyond our control and our affiliate partners:

1. Unavailability of the recipient and/or authorized representative

2. Incomplete requirements for authorizing a representative

3. Incomplete or incorrect address

4. Community lockdown due to quarantine guideline

 

Ri-An Commercial Inc. reserves the right to charge additional delivery fee/s after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt due to unavailability of the receiver and/or authorized representatives, incomplete requirements, or incorrect address. We will coordinate with the customer and proceed to the succeeding delivery attempts only upon the customer’s advice. If the delivery fails on the third attempt, the transaction will be terminated. Delivery fees and other payments made may be forfeited following the provisions of the refund policy.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and/or location. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

 

5. Damaged Items in Transport 

Ri-An Commercial Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss or damages to the customer arising from delays and/or non-delivery of orders. Nonetheless, we will still do its best to coordinate the deliveries and third parties involved in the deliveries upon notice of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

 

1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.

 

3. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2% of your total order value. 

 

4. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.

 

5. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.riancommercialinc.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

 

6. If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy applies. A return fee is charged to customers in most cases.
